Clinic tools are arriving for practices on Leshya. This guide covers how a clinic admin invites counselors and other admins, and reviews a counselor's profile before turning on their bookings.

1. Inviting counselors and admins

From Team, Invite someone opens a short form for their email and a role, Counselor or Clinic admin. The Invite a counselor quick action on Home is the same form with the role already set. They get an email with a join link, good for 14 days; if it lapses, Resend sends a fresh one from the same row.

Counselors take sessions. Admins can also manage the clinic and its people. Someone already at another clinic can't be invited to yours, since one counselor belongs to one clinic at a time.

2. Reviewing a counselor's profile

When a counselor at your clinic finishes their own onboarding and submits it, every other active admin is told three ways at once: email, the bell, and a push notification, so nobody has to think to check. The person who just submitted doesn't get their own notification. The email says "{name}'s profile is ready to review"; the bell reads "Counselor profile submitted."

On Team, their row carries a Ready to review chip. Open their record and you'll see the same chip, with a note to take a look at their profile and turn on Bookable from Team when you're ready to make them live.

There's no separate approve button. Turning on Bookable for them, from Team, is the approval, and that's what makes them live at your clinic.

Not ready yet? Send back with a note opens a short form for what needs another look. Sending it emails and notifies the counselor with your note. Nothing about their profile locks or resets: they keep editing, and you review again from Team whenever you're ready.
