Every counselor applies to join, and a person on our team reviews their qualifications and registration details.
This review usually takes about 2 business days.
A counselor's profile goes live only after this review. Nothing is published on its own.
Your privacy
What you talk about in a session stays between you and your counselor. We never share it.
You can book as a guest. An account is optional.
We hold only what we need to run your booking, and we only step in if there is a serious safety concern.
Payments and refunds
You see the price before you book. Each counselor sets their own rate.
Leshya holds your payment and releases it to your counselor after the session, once a short review window has passed.
If a booking is cancelled in time, or your counselor cancels, you are refunded to the method you used.
