What Leshya does for counselors

Leshya brings the parts of running a practice into one calm place: how clients find you, how they book, and how you get paid. This guide is a tour of what the platform does for you once your page is live.

Getting found

When your page is bookable, you show up in the counselor directory, in search, and in find your match, where clients answer a few questions and see counselors who fit. People find you by concern, language, and city, so the right clients reach you rather than just anyone.

Your availability and notice period

You set a weekly schedule of the hours you work, and you can block out dates when you are away, for a holiday or a conference, so no one books you then.

You also control the timing. Minimum booking notice is how close to a session a client can still book, set to 24 hours by default. You can let clients book up to 30 days ahead. And a reschedule and cancel window, 24 hours by default, sets how late either side can move or cancel a session for a full refund.

Your offerings

Each offering is one kind of session, with its own name, length, and price. You choose whether it is online, in person, or both, and whether it is for one person, a couple, or a group of a set size. You can add a buffer after a session so bookings are never back to back, and keep an offering live on your page or hidden while you work on it. A session priced at zero shows as free.

Your calendar

Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Teams, and every online session lands on your calendar with a meeting link ready. Your busy times are read too, so clients are only offered slots when you are free, and you are never double booked. Reschedule a session and the calendar event moves with it.

How you get paid

Leshya collects each session payment at checkout, so you never chase anyone for money. The payment is held for a short while. A session's earnings unlock 24 hours after it ends, unless a client raises a concern in that window, which pauses it until it is resolved.

Once money is unlocked, you request a withdrawal of your available balance from your earnings page. We check it and pay it out, and record a reference so you can see it was sent. At launch you keep the full session price, with no commission taken.

If a client reports that a session did not happen and that is upheld, their payment is refunded and that session drops out of your earnings. If it is not upheld, the money unlocks as usual.

Share your page

Once you are live, your share kit gives you ready made ways to tell people where to find you. There is a story and status card for Instagram and WhatsApp, and a printable desk card for your space, each with your own QR code that opens your booking page. You download them and share, with nothing to design.

Your clients, in one place

Your bookings page shows every session on your calendar, with who booked and their contact details, so you never have to chase anyone for information. Your clients page groups everyone you have worked with, along with their session history and what is coming up next, so you can see the whole relationship at a glance.
