Money from your sessions collects on Leshya first, then moves to you when you request it. This guide covers your balance, adding a UPI ID, and what happens after you ask for a withdrawal.
Payouts are reviewed and sent by hand right now, not automatically, so a real person checks every request before it goes out.
Understand your balance
Your Earnings page shows four numbers. Total earnings is everything you have made. Withdrawable now is what you can actually request today. Unlocking is money still in its holding period. Withdrawn is what you have already been paid.
A session's money becomes available to withdraw 24 hours after it ends, unless a client reports an issue with that session. If that happens, it stays on hold until the report is resolved.
Add your UPI ID
Before your first withdrawal, add the UPI ID you want to be paid to. We try to look up the name behind it so you can confirm it is yours before saving. If the lookup does not work, you can still save it, so double check it yourself first.
You only do this once. After that, every withdrawal goes to the same UPI ID until you change it.
Request a withdrawal
On your Earnings page, the Withdraw button opens with your available balance filled in. Adjust the amount if you want, then send the request.
You can only have one request open at a time. Once it is resolved, you are free to request again.
What happens next
We pay out manually, once a week. Your request sits as Pending until then.
If it is approved, it moves to Paid and you can see the payment reference on your Earnings page. If something needs a second look, it moves to Returned with a note explaining why, and the amount goes straight back into what you can withdraw, so you can fix it and ask again.
Common questions

Payouts go out once a week. Your request shows as Pending until it is sent.
No. You can have one request open at a time. Once it is resolved, either paid or returned, you can request again.
