An in-person visitor needs to know the general area before booking and the exact address afterwards. You can provide both without displaying every detail publicly.
Keep one accurate saved address
Set your practice address in Practice settings. This is the address used for confirmed in-person appointments. Your billing address is separate and should not be used as the visitor location.
Choose the public detail level
Website location can show the exact address, an approximate area or stay hidden. Choose based on your practice and safety needs. Check the public preview to see what a visitor will receive.
Explain arrival details at the right time
If visitors need a landmark, entrance note or accessibility detail, add practical instructions where the product allows them. Keep a confirmed booking accurate even when the public website only shows an approximate area.
Check the entire booking path
Preview the public page as someone who has not booked, then check what a confirmed in-person booking receives. The public view may only need a neighborhood or area. The confirmed booking needs the right place to arrive. If the two do not tell a consistent story, correct the saved address or the public description before taking bookings.
