Your booking email is where the confirmation and meeting details go. If one letter is wrong, you may not receive them, so check it before confirming.
Check before you book
Read the full address, especially the domain after @. If Leshya suggests a correction such as gmail.com, check whether it matches your actual address. Do not accept a suggestion that is not yours.
If the email was already used
Check spam and promotions first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, use Leshya Help with the booking details you can safely share. Do not make a second paid booking to solve a missing email.
Use a reachable address
A disposable or invalid address may be blocked because it cannot reliably receive a meeting link. If you have an account, sign in to view your bookings and use your current contact details.
If a suggestion is wrong
A spelling suggestion is only a prompt to check, not proof that your address is wrong. Use the address you actually control. If the form rejects a real address, contact Help before making a booking with another person's email or a temporary inbox. The meeting details need to reach the person attending the session.
