Reuse existing cards across website pages

If a card already explains a blog post or part of your practice, reuse it instead of making a second copy to maintain. A linked card keeps the source content up to date.

Find the card you need

In a card section, choose Add card, then Existing cards. Select a source page and the cards to add. The list should identify each source page by its page title so you can choose confidently.

Place it in the right section

Adding a card to a section should keep it inside that section. Reorder cards there to make the reading order useful. A section title should describe the whole group, not the first card alone.

Edit with ownership in mind

Because the card is linked, changes to its source can appear wherever it is reused. Check both pages in Preview before publishing. If the message should differ on one page, create a new card instead.

Example: one blog card, two pages

A card for an article about first sessions can appear on the Blog page and in a Good to read section on Home. The article still has one source. Arrange the home cards by what a new visitor is likely to need first. If you later change the article title, inspect both places so the linked card still fits its section title.
