Pyschotherapist · 5 yrs

Experience
Senior Counselor
Eternal (formerly Zomato) · Oct 2021 - Jul 2026
I have nearly 5 years of experience working at Eternal (formerly Zomato), where I worked across workplace mental health and wellbeing. My work involved supporting employees across teams and levels, designing and delivering mental health initiatives, and partnering with organisational stakeholders to build more people-centred workplaces. Alongside this, I also practised as a therapist within the organisation, supporting employees with concerns arising from their work as well as challenges in their personal lives, and providing a space to explore the ways these experiences intersect.
