Finding support, made simple

Leshya connects you with verified counselors across India. Here’s how it works, start to finish.

Three steps to your first session

Three quiet steps. No forms to fill, no waiting rooms.

  1. Step 1

    Choose a counselor

Browse verified counselors by concern, language, and price. Read their profile and see what they work with before you decide.

  2. Step 2

    Pick a time

Choose a slot that works for you. You’ll get a confirmation, and we’ll remind you before your session.

  3. Step 3

    Meet online or in person

Join by video from wherever you are, or meet in person if your counselor offers it. It’s just you and them.

Your payment is held safely

You pay when you book, through Leshya. We hold the payment and release it to your counselor once a short review window has passed after the session. Each counselor sets their own rate, and you see it before you book.

Your sessions stay private

What you share stays between you and your counselor. Your information is handled with care, and we only step in if there’s a serious safety concern. You choose what to bring, and how much, at your own pace.

Common questions

No. You can book directly with any counselor on Leshya. They’ll talk with you about what brought you there in your first session.

It’s mostly getting to know each other. You share what’s on your mind, and your counselor listens and helps you find where to begin. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.

Yes. If the first person isn’t the right fit, you’re free to try someone else. Finding the right match matters more than sticking with the first choice.

You’ll get a video link for your session. There’s no app to download, just click the link a couple of minutes before your time.

Leshya is for planned counseling, not emergencies. If you’re in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call Tele-MANAS on 14416. It’s free, confidential, and available around the clock.
